We operate in accordance with the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928), and have launched a channel for receiving internal reports. The system provider, Google, ensures its compliance with: Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law (whistleblower protection law), the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
